We have been bringing the authentic taste of South India to every table. The Freshness Express
It starts at our selected farms. We handpick green Nendran bananas that are over 90% mature, choosing them at the right stage for crisp, flavourful chips.
At our factory, every banana is checked for maturity, variety, grade, and overall quality. Only first-grade bananas—firm outside and golden inside—move forward.
The selected bananas are washed in fresh water and carefully peeled. Each one is then ready to be sliced and cooked.
The Freshness Express
A high-speed slicer cuts even slices directly into hot, pure coconut oil. Controlled temperature and roasting time create their golden colour, rich aroma, and satisfying crunch—with no food colours or additives.
Once cooked, the chips are inspected on our specially designed segregation table. Broken chips are removed, and only those that meet our standards move to packing.
The chips are packed promptly after inspection, sealing in freshness so every pack delivers the crisp, golden crunch we intended.

As a contract manufacturer and bulk supplier of Kerala Nendran banana chips, we have built our own in-house system for the raw materials and other ingredients that matter most. Our own banana farms across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, maintained by MBFPC (our Farmer Producer Company), ensure a year-round supply of the specific variety of Nendran bananas that is best for manufacturing banana chips.
For our prestigious brand partners, this means greater confidence in supply consistency with traceability, transparent quality measures, and the best predictable pricing.
Our in-house edible oil manufacturing facility gives us direct control over the quality of the coconut oil and other edible oils we use for our banana chip manufacturing.
Our dedicated Farmer Producer Company which ensures the farming of Nendran bananas across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.
Our dedicated farming partners across the three states give us closer control over our special grade of Nendran banana availability throughout the year.
The quality of frying oil has a direct effect on the taste and consistency of banana chips. Adulteration is also a concern when sourcing edible oil. We extract our coconut oil in-house so we can oversee its quality and availability. We also obtain a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch of oil.
Our all-in-house processing facility for raw materials makes us more transparent and more authentic.
